With this year being so crazy, make things simple. Shop early. Have access to the most inventory. Take advantage of early bird sales. But most important, know that you got the hassle of shopping out of the way and off your list. USPS is amping up for the holiday boom, but it's worth the lack of stress to know your orders are already in hand before crunch time.

Take advantage of everything offered on the site. Sign up for our newsletter (at the bottom of each page) for sales and important updates. Or follow us on social media @ShaeSheaOnline. We've got an assortment of gift ideas both wrapped and not for any budget, guy or gal, young or old. Local Pickup is now available and we still offer Local Delivery in the greater New Orleans area. If you need to ship elsewhere, there are multiple shipping options available via USPS at checkout as well.
Shipping this year is certainly going to be more challenging than previous years. Orders placed on time will be handed off to USPS before shipping deadlines. Please remember that orders do require Processing Time + Shipping Time = Actual Delivery. Shae Shea cannot guarantee delivery times/days since this is still contingent on USPS and any other related delays. All shipped orders will receive tracking codes when their shipping label is created. If you have problems with delivery of your order, please contact asap so the matter can be resolved. We are not responsible for orders that do not arrive on time because the wrong shipping method was chosen. Please see the previously mentioned order deadlines to know when to place your order by for proper arrival.
USPS Holiday Deadlines (these are for items once in possession by USPS)
Dec 18th - First Class Mail
Dec 19th - Priority Mail
Dec 23rd - Priority Mail Express
Local Delivery + Local Pickup Both of these options will be available for the holiday season. Currently local pickup orders have a 3-day window for pickup. Please make sure to pickup your orders as quickly as possible. If you miss your pickup window, your order will be rescheduled at the end of the queue. This is standard protocol, but please remember we will see increased order volume and pickup lockers will be in high demand and therefore it might be a longer wait to get rescheduled. If order volume does exceed the available time frames for the lockers, you might be contacted to schedule a specific pickup time frame to ensure you get your order before the holiday cutoff. Local Delivery will proceed as normal. All orders will be delivered no later than Christmas Eve.

We have several gift sets that come pre-wrapped. If you're looking to do shopping a la carte (but have it gift wrapped), make sure to add the Gift Wrap option to your order. Please order gift wrap for each set of items that needs to be wrapped and specify in the order notes what's for each bag/box.
If you need to ship items to multiple addresses, then order the items + gift wrap for each address (making each gift a separate order). You will receive separate tracking numbers for each.
Returns + Exchanges

Retroactive Sales, Coupons, Rain Checks
No orders will be reimbursed for sales, coupons, or inventory after purchase or specified dates. All discounts and promos are shown at checkout before order completion. If you experience a problem or have question about your intended order, please contact us before placing the order. For all orders placed, no additional discounts will be given for later date sales, coupons not entered at checkout, etc. No rain checks will be given.
